- Processing of personal data is carried out by:
- receiving personal data directly from the subjects of personal data;
- entering personal data into recruitment and training systems and other documents;
- using other methods of processing personal data.
- Personal data is not distributed or provided to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject and is used by the Company exclusively for the performance of the contract for the provision of recruitment and training services.
- Storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows determining the subject of personal data, no longer than required by the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period of personal data is established by federal law or contract.

- This Policy may be changed unilaterally without prior notice to the user.
- The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Company's website.
- The legislation of the country where the Company operates applies to this Policy and the relationship between the personal data subject and the Company.
